Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered as bank days. If your withdrawal has not reflected in your bank account after this period, kindly contact us and provide the following information via email:
- Bank Statement: A PDF file of your online bank statement, displaying the IBAN number and all payment transactions from the day of withdrawal until the present date.
- E-wallet Screenshot (for Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller withdrawals): A screenshot from your e-wallet account, illustrating all payment transactions from the withdrawal date until today. Once we receive the required documents, we can proceed to escalate the matter to our payment team for investigation.
